Noah Capital Ltd, a financial services provider, sought to improve its digital presence and user engagement. The existing landing page suffered from low user retention, unclear call-to-actions (CTAs), and a complex user journey, leading to minimal conversions. Additionally,
a lack of social media presence meant limited traffic from external sources.

To address these challenges, our team redesigned the landing page and developed a targeted social media strategy to enhance brand engagement, boost user interaction, and increase conversion rates.

Design Process

1. User Research & Competitive Analysis

We analyzed user behavior, engagement patterns, and
competitor benchmarks to 
understand industry's best

practices and pinpoint improvement areas.


Key insights included:

  • Users preferred clear and concise CTAs that guided them toward action.

  • Minimalistic layouts and trust elements (privacy/security badges) enhanced credibility.

  • Optimized mobile experience significantly
    influenced user retention.

2. Wireframing & Prototyping

  • We developed low-fidelity wireframes to test different layout structures, prioritizing:

  • A visually distinct CTA section

  • A shorter and simplified registration form

  • Trust-building elements like client testimonials and security assurances

3. A/B Testing & Refinement
To validate the new design, we conducted A/B testing on different CTA placements, content hierarchy, and visual elements. The results informed further refinements before final implementation.

4. Social Media Strategy & SEO Optimisation
In addition to the website revamp, we designed branded social media assets and implemented SEO best practices to drive organic traffic. This included:

  • Consistent branding across digital platforms

  • Keyword-optimized content for improved search visibility

  • Final Results & Impact

  • Time on page increased from 1s → 15s, reducing bounce rates.

  • Higher registration and form submission rates due to a clearer user flow

Success Metrics

The project aimed to enhance user engagement and conversion rates by improving UX/UI and implementing a targeted digital marketing strategy. Success was evaluated based on the following key performance indicators:

  • Time on Page – Increased from 1 second to 15 seconds, reducing bounce rates.

  • Form Submission Rate – A higher percentage of completed registrations.

  • User Engagement – Increased interactions and activity across social media channels.

  • Brand Credibility – Strengthened trust through consistent visuals and clear CTAs.

Identified Issues

Low engagement: Users stayed on the page for only 1 second before exiting.
Ineffective CTA: No clear prompts for user actions such as registration or inquiries.
Complex user journey: Lengthy and confusing forms discouraged conversions.
Limited content strategy: The absence of social media integration reduced organic traffic.
